The program includes plenary lectures\, symposia\, workshops\, poster presentations\, and a large exhibition showcasing new technologies and products in laboratory diagnostics. Key topics focus on innovative diagnostic procedures\, new biomarkers\, advanced technologies\, and interdisciplinary developments.\nA particular emphasis is placed on sustainability and the practical implementation of new technologies in clinical practice. In addition to high-level presentations and interactive sessions\, the event will also be accredited for continuing education. SUMMARY:XVIIth International Congress of Pediatric Laboratory Medicine
DESCRIPTION:The International Congress of Pediatric Laboratory Medicine (ICPLM) will be held on Sunday May 18\, 2025\, in Brussels\, as a Satellite to the main XXVI IFCC-EFLM EuroMedLab 2025. This special conference is being organized by the IFCC Committee on Emerging Technologies in Pediatric Laboratory Medicine (C-ETPLM) with the support of the IFCC Congresses and Conferences Committee as well as MZ Events. \nThis is the 17th ICPLM conference organized internationally to bring together laboratory professionals and experts in pediatric laboratory\nmedicine from around the world. ICPLM has become a leading forum in the field to discuss latest advances in key areas of special interest\nto pediatric laboratory specialists\, scientists\, pediatricians\, and industry colleagues. A strong scientific program has been organized with\nexpert international speakers discussing recent advances in newborn screening\, the role of emerging technologies in genomics and machine learning and AI in pediatrics. The program also includes a round table discussion\, with all participants\, to bring together perspectives on emerging technologies in pediatrics. \nThe ICPLM will take place at the Saint-Luc Clinique Universitaire\, Brussels close to the EuroMedLab venue. As IFCC continues to grow and expand its international reach\, we remain committed to advancing better healthcare worldwide. International forums such as the XXVI EuroMedLab Congress as well as the 17th ICPLM satellite meeting support us in this effort by ensuring our organization and field remain at the cutting edge. In support of this mission\, the conference organizing committee has been working hard to build a strong program with a truly\ninternational faculty.
